The cabling, the servers, the scripts. One team.

Infinitek designs, installs and looks after the tech behind your business: networks, servers, door access, cameras and the automations that tie them together.

Who calls us

Usually one of four situations

Some of our clients have no IT staff at all; others have someone in-house who needs an extra pair of hands. Most come to us for one of these reasons.

A setup that grew one piece at a time

Computers, email, files, Wi-Fi and cameras added over the years, until nobody is sure how it all fits together any more.

Industrial and agricultural sites

Plants, farms and warehouses where the network has to reach the office, the floor and the outbuildings, often over fibre.

Businesses building, moving or renovating

Cabling, Wi-Fi, cameras, door access and a proper place for the equipment, planned before the walls close.

Teams doing work a computer could do

Reports, data entry, onboarding, alerts. If it’s repetitive, we can probably automate it.

What we do

From the first walk-through to the fifth year

New setups and existing ones. If your systems were added one piece at a time and nobody’s quite sure how it all fits together any more, we start by sorting that out.

  1. Take stock

We visit, map what you already have and how it connects, and list what’s missing or at risk. You keep the document.

  2. Plan

We design what’s needed: network layout, camera coverage, door access, and where the equipment will live.

  3. Build

We install it ourselves: cable, fibre, servers, doors and cameras, plus the racks and cabinets it all sits in.

  4. Run

We look after it: updates, backups, accounts, and fixes when something breaks.

  5. Improve

We find the repetitive work and automate it, so your setup gets better over time instead of older.

What “run” looks like

Problems caught before the office opens

Once we look after a setup, backups, disks, updates and devices are checked automatically. Most issues get fixed before anyone notices, and you only hear from us when something needs a decision.

Custom builds

Cabinets built around the equipment

When a standard rack or shelf doesn’t fit the space, we design and build one that does: ventilated, cable-managed and easy to service.

Network and rack cabinets

Lockable and properly ventilated, sized to the equipment and the room instead of the other way round.

Charging and storage stations

For laptops, tablets, radios or scanners, with power, labels and a place for everything.

Media and AV built-ins

Screens, speakers and the equipment behind them, hidden away but still easy to reach.

Storage for awkward spaces

Under the stairs, in a closet, in a corner of the shop floor: organization built to fit the room you have.

How we price

Priced to the work, not a package

Every business is different, so we don’t start from a price list. Some work makes sense as a fixed-price project, some as a monthly rate per computer or per user, and some simply as time when you need us.

We look at what you have and what you need first, then suggest whatever fits best. You get it in writing before any work starts.

Why Infinitek

From the cable to the rack to the code

A typical project needs a cabler, an IT company, a security installer and someone to automate the tedious parts. We do all of it, so nothing falls into the gaps between contractors and there’s one person to talk to when something isn’t right.

Where we work

On site across Toronto, York and Durham

We come to you. Most of the work happens on site: pulling cable, building racks, mounting cameras, setting up equipment rooms. Support, automation and web work can be done remotely, wherever you are.
